Summary of Application Procedure
  1. Check the admission requirement and other related information here.
  2. Gather your application materials.
  3. Complete your application.
  4. Pay the application fee.
  5. Submit your application to the TGGS Academic Affairs (via both e-mail and postal mail).
  6. Check whether additional documents are required, and submit them.
  7. Oral interview by TGGS committees
  8. Check for the announcement of admission results.

Minimum Required Documents
  1. A complete application form with 1″x1″ photo
  2. Two Letters of Recommendations
  3. One page of Motivation Letter
  4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resumé
  5. Official copy of the final transcript
  6. *The letter of degree verification (English version) which send directly from the registrar’s office of your former university to academic@tggs.kmutnb.ac.th.
    *This requirement is only for those who graduate from institutions outside Thailand.
  7. Official copy of the English Proficiency test result. The English test results must be valid (must not be more than 2 years old) on the application deadline. The applicable English Test Results, please consult https://tggs.kmutnb.ac.th/admission-info
  8. Financial statement or bank certification (for self-support)
  9. Copy of Thai identification card (for Thai applicants) or passport (for international applicants)
  10. Proof of application fee payment (1,000 THB)
  11. For international students, additional important documents are required. Please consult the TGGS Application Procedure for more information on the extremely required important documents for international candidates.

Master Program (Info)Doctoral Program (Info)

For this academic year, TGGS offers 5 Master of Engineering Programs (International Program) as follows:

  • Chemical and Process Engineering (I-CPE)
  • Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (I-MAE)
  • Materials and Production Engineering (I-MPE)
  • Electrical and Software Systems Engineering (I-ESSE)
  • Railway Vehicles and Infrastructure Engineering (I-RVIE)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT REMARK for those who graduate from institutions outside Thailand:

The letter of degree verification from your former university (English version)] is required to send directly from the registrar’s office of your former university to academic@tggs.kmutnb.ac.th or TGGS Address by the last date of the application submission as mentioned on the TGGS website. If TGGS does not receive the degree verification letter from your former university by the specified date, you will be disqualified from the interview immediately without exception.

Remark:
Currently, the RVIE program DOES NOT support the TGGS-DAAD Scholarship, KMUTNB Scholarship, and other scholarships for the INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT yet. Only self-support international applicants are applicable.

Submit your application to the TGGS Academic Affairs in person (walk-in).

Application Fee Payment (Bank Transfer)

Application fee: 1,000 THB/person

For all applicants who cannot submit the application form and fee in person, the applicants can transfer the application fee (1,000 THB + Transfer fee)* to the KMUTNB University Bank Account.

After the payment is being transferred, please submit the bank transfer slip or proof of transfer to TGGS Academic Affairs on the day of submitting the application form.
