TGGS faculty and International undergraduate students of Microelectronics Design and Semiconductor Engineering (MEDE) and Electric Vehicle and Automation System Engineering (EVAE) on a studied tour of various laboratories in KMUTNB.
On September 10, 2025, the Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering #TGGS_KMUTNB at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok #KMUTNB organized an extracurricular activity in the form of a laboratory and research center study tour. Faculty members and the first cohort of undergraduate students from two international programs, Microelectronics Design and Semiconductor Engineering (MEDE) and Electric Vehicle and Automation System Engineering (EVAE), participated in the event.
The occasion was honored by Prof. Dr. Teravuti Boonyasopon, Chairman of the KMUTNB Council, who delivered an address to the faculty and students. A warm welcome was extended by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nisai Fuengwarodsakul, Dean of TGGS, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Suebyaem, KMUTNB Assistant President for Finance and General Affairs, along with the TGGS administrative team and faculty members.
The activities commenced with paying homage to the monument of King Rama IV, followed by a group photograph. The study tour then proceeded to the KMUTNB Techno Park, where students visited key centers and laboratories, including the Digital Innovation and Technology Learning Center, Automation and Robotics Operations Center, Rail Technology and Innovation Center and Innovation, the Railway Transportation System Technology Laboratory, and Technology Center for Smart Electronic and Digital innovation.
In the afternoon, the tour continued at the Faculty of Applied Science, with visits to the KMUTNB National Semiconductor Training Center and semiconductor laboratories. This was followed by a tour of the Center of Excellence for Modern Electric Vehicle Engineering Technology at College of Industrial Technology (CIT), Thai-French Innovation Institute (TFII), which included the Renewable Energy Research Center, the Materials for Energy Applications Center, and the TFII–Schneider Electric Center of Excellence. The group then visited the Science and Technology Research Institute (STRI). The day concluded with cultural enrichment activities at the Mongkutnaruetee Arts and Culture Center, the Queen Sirikit’s 80th Birthday Anniversary Exhibition Hall, and the KMUTNB Hall of Fame at Navamindra Rajini Building.
This event provided a significant opportunity for the first batch of TGGS students to learn from hands-on experience in KMUTNB’s leading laboratories and research centers. This will enhance their practical understanding, build upon their engineering knowledge, and prepare them to become a quality workforce for the industrial sector in the future.

เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2568 บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นานาชาติสิรินธร ไทย–เยอรมัน #TGGS_KMUTNB มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ #มจพ จัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรในรูปแบบการศึกษาดูงานห้องปฏิบัติการและศูนย์วิจัย โดยมีคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหลักสูตรนานาชาติ 2 สาขา ได้แก่ วิศวกรรมการออกแบบไมโครอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ (MEDE) และ วิศวกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าและระบบอัตโนมัติ (EVAE) ซึ่งถือเป็นนักศึกษารุ่นแรกของหลักสูตร เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
โอกาสนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธีรวุฒิ บุณยโสภณ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยฯ มอบโอวาทแก่คณาจารย์และนักศึกษา โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิสัย เฟื่องเวโรจน์สกุล คณบดี TGGS, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สราวุฒิ สืบแย้ม ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายการคลังและกิจการทั่วไป พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ TGGS ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการสักการะพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์รัชกาลที่ 4 และบันทึกภาพร่วมกัน ก่อนเข้าสู่การศึกษาดูงาน ณ อุทยานเทคโนโลยี มจพ. ซึ่งนักศึกษาได้เยี่ยมชมศูนย์และห้องปฏิบัติการที่สำคัญ อาทิ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการระบบอัตโนมัติและหุ่นยนต์ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมยานยนต์สมัยใหม่ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมระบบราง และศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล
ภาคบ่าย ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ โดยเยี่ยมชม KMUTNB National Semiconductor Training Center และห้องปฏิบัติการด้านเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ต่อด้วยการเยี่ยมชม ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าสมัยใหม่ วทอ. สถาบันนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีไทย–ฝรั่งเศส (TFII) ได้แก่ Renewable Energy Research Center, Materials for Energy Applications Center และ TFII–Schneider Electric Center of Excellence จากนั้นได้เข้าชม สำนักวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (STRI) และปิดท้ายด้วยกิจกรรมเสริมด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม ณ ศูนย์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมมงกุฎนฤบดี หอเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯ และหอเกียรติประวัติ มจพ. อาคารนวมินทรราชินี
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่นักศึกษา TGGS รุ่นแรก จะได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงในห้องปฏิบัติการและศูนย์วิจัยชั้นนำของ มจพ. ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงปฏิบัติ ต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรม และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นกำลังคนคุณภาพให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมต่อไปในอนาคต
