  2. KMUTNB Health and Travel Declaration Form (Students) during 15 Feb 2020 – Present Form

KMUTNB Announcement on March 2, 2020 KMUTNB personnel including students are not permitted to travel to the following risky countries from February 24 to April 30, 2020, or until further notice:

1. China 2. Macao
3. Hong Kong 4. Japan
5. South Korea 6. Taiwan
7. Malaysia 8. Vietnam
9. Singapore 10. Italy
10. Iran 12. France
11. Germany

and other countries that is announced in the future or having infected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 or having COVID-19 Outbreak.
