On March 23, 2021, Assistant Professor Dr. Kitthichai Sojiphan, Program Coordinator of Railway Vehicles and Infrastructure Engineering (RVIE), The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering (TGGS), brought RVIE’s students to visit and learn at leading research facilities in Thailand, Railway Transportation System Testing Center (RTTC) at Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) and Rail and Modern Transports Research Center (RMT) at National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). During these visits, researchers and RVIE students get to learn and discuss potential research topics and solutions in railway systems and technology trends in Thailand with leading researchers and scientists. This learning experience inspire our students at TGGS to pursue their graduate research and future career with our hope that our program can contribute to the sustainable growth and development of Railway and modern transport and national infrastructure for improving safety and quality of life.
