GTRP 5th worksh: In the series of “Railway Infrastructure Planning Management and Development”
Ministry of Transport and the German Embassy in Thailand collaborate with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangkok Expressway and Metro (BEM), Siemens Mobility Thailand and Government agencies, private sectors and universities under the project of the German-Thai Railway Partnership (The German-Thai Railway Partnership – (GTRP)) organized GTRP 5th workshop: In the series of “Railway Infrastructure Planning Management and Development”. The event held on 12-13 November, 2020 at BEM Administration Building. It was honored by Mr. Georg Schmidt, German Ambassador to Thailand, and Mr. Pakaphong Sirikantaramas, Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand as co-chair of the opening ceremony. With lecturers who have knowledge and experience from government agencies, private sectors and universities both in Thailand and abroad. Then was scheduled to visit Bangsue Grand Terminal Station on 13th November, 2020.
The German-Thai Railway Partnership (GTRP) The German Embassy in Thailand, Ministry of Transport, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology Including universities and private sectors be a sponsor. In this workshop the objective of GTRP is to achieve knowledge transfer and share best practice exemplary success by experts for performance in railway engineering technology. Including the exchange of experiences and views on problems and challenges in the operating system in Thailand. The past four conferences had more than 400 participants attended to the meeting. It has been well received by railway services operators, university lecturers and research institutes, industries, and policy makers of Thai railway system.
ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการความร่วมมือทางรถไฟระหว่างเยอรมัน-ไทย (GTRP) ครั้งที่ 5 หัวข้อ “Railway Infrastructure Planning Management and Development”
กรุงเทพฯ, ประเทศไทย (12 พฤศจิกายน, 2563)— กระทรวงคมนาคมและสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมันประจำประเทศไทยร่วมกับ สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี Bangkok Expressway and Metro (BEM) Siemens Mobility Thailand และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ มหาวิทยาลัย และเอกชน ภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือทางรถไฟไทย – เยอรมัน (The German-Thai Railway Partnership – (GTRP) ) จัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการความร่วมมือทางรถไฟระหว่างเยอรมัน-ไทย (GTRP) ครั้งที่ 5 หัวข้อ “Railway Infrastructure Planning Management and Development” ระหว่างวันที่ 12-13 พฤศจิกายน 2563 ณ BEM Administration Building โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนาย เกออร์ค ชมิดท์ เอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมันประจำประเทศไทย และ นายภคพงศ์ ศิริกันทรมาศ การรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นประธานร่วมในพิธีเปิดการประชุม โดยมีวิทยากรซึ่งมากด้วยความรู้และประสบการณ์จากทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศร่วมบรรยาย นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมเยี่ยมชมสถานีรถไฟบางซื่อในวันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายนอีกด้วย
กลุ่มความร่วมมือทางรถไฟไทย – เยอรมัน (The German-Thai Railway Partnership (GTRP) ) จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือ และการทำงานเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวร่วมกันในด้านระบบขนส่งทางรางของทั้งสองประเทศ โดยมีหน่วยงานที่สำคัญ อาทิเช่น สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมันประจำประเทศไทย, กระทรวงคมนาคม, สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งมหาวิทยาลัยและภาคเอกชน เป็นผู้ให้การสนับสนุน โดยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งที่ 5 นี้ เป็นการประชุมรอบที่สองในหัวข้อ “Railway Infrastructure Planning Management and Development” ซึ่งการจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการของ GTRP มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดการถ่ายทอดความรู้และแบ่งปันแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เป็นตัวอย่างความสำเร็จโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สำหรับการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีทางวิศวกรรมของรถไฟ รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และมุมมองความคิดเห็นจากปัญหาและความท้าทายในระบบปฏิบัติการเดินรถในประเทศไทย โดยการประชุมทั้งสี่ครั้งที่ผ่านมาได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากกลุ่มผู้ให้บริการเดินรถ, กลุ่มคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันวิจัย, กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม และกลุ่มหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และผู้กำหนดนโยบายระบบรถไฟของไทย ส่งตัวแทนเข้าร่วมการประชุมเป็นจำนวนรวมกว่า 400 คน
