DAAD delegates at KMUTNB and TGGS.
On 6 December 2022, the delegation from DAAD including Ms. Natalie Bursinski, Head of Asia/Pacific Section, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), and Mrs. Anna Katharina Rusche, visited King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). At the Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering (TGGS), they visited laboratories and had a meeting with a team of executives, including Prof. Dr. -Ing. Nisai Fuengwarodsakul, Dean of TGGS, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyangyong, Dean of International College (IC), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tawiwan Kangsadan, TGGS Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Management, Asst. Prof. Dr. Peerawatt Nunthavarawong, TGGS Assistant Dean for Research and Industry Relations, Dr. Ampol Likitchatchawankun, TGGS Assistant Dean for International Collaborations and Student Affairs, and Dr. Sarinrat Sabua, Head of TGGS Dean Office. DAAD is the world’s largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and researchers and also the largest German support organization in the field of international academic cooperation, while KMUTNB is a university that has established and gradually developed a long-standing and close cooperation with academic partners in Germany. Therefore, this visit will be a great opportunity to strengthen the cooperation between Thailand and Germany in the area of education.
