Analog Device (Thailand) Visited KMUTNB
King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) hosted a visited from Analog Devices on January 31st, 2023. Analog Devices, a multinational semiconductor company specializing in the design, manufacture, and marketing of analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing integrated circuits, came to KMUTNB to explore potential collaborations in the field of semiconductor technology.
Representatives from Analog Devices included Mr. Seksan Chittanusart, Director of Manufacturing Test Engineering, Mr. Nattasak Kertsrilek, Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering, Mr. Totsaphon Leawrak-olan, Section Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering, Mr. Weerapon Nantawisit, Senior Engineer of Manufacturing Test Engineering, Mr. Sutee Srichai, Senior Specialist of Talent Acquisition, and Ms. Suntaree Tangcharoenprasert, Specialist of Talent Acquisition.
The university was represented by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nisai Fuengwarodsakul, Dean of The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Suramate Chalermwisutkul, Head of High Frequency Systems Laboratory (HFS), The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anusara Srisrual, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Cooperative Education, Faculty of Applied Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Paleerat Wongchampa, Department of Electronics Engineering Technology, College of Industrial Technology, and Dr. Bancha Janthong, Lecturer, Faculty of Engineering.
Analog Devices presented the company’s current and future activities in Thailand, while KMUTNB presented its unique Thai-German education concept with engineering expertise at all educational levels, from vocational training to PhD programs offered by its various faculties. Delegates from Analog Devices had the opportunity to tour the university’s laboratories and see the cutting-edge equipment and research projects being conducted.
During the visit, Analog Devices expressed their interest in supporting activities on all educational levels, from vocational to PhD, and inspiring students to pursue careers in the field of semiconductor technology. Both parties expressed their mutual interest in collaborating on R&D projects, recruitment of engineers, training, and special joint activities to inspire students for the semiconductor industry and chip design. The goal is to provide students with hands-on experience in the field and prepare them for careers in the technology industry.

อนาล็อก ดีไวซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) นำเสนอกิจกรรมของบริษัทในประเทศไทยทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต ขณะที่ มจพ. นำเสนอแนวคิดการศึกษาไทย-เยอรมันที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว รวมถึงความเชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรรมในทุกระดับการศึกษา ตั้งแต่หลักสูตรอาชีวศึกษาไปจนถึงหลักสูตรปริญญาเอกที่เปิดสอนโดยคณะต่างๆ ตัวแทนจาก อนาล็อก ดีไวซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) มีโอกาสเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการของมหาวิทยาลัย และเยี่ยมชมอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย และโครงการวิจัยที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่
ในระหว่างการเยี่ยมชมอนาล็อก ดีไวซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) แสดงความสนใจในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมในทุกระดับการศึกษา ตั้งแต่ระดับอาชีวศึกษาถึงปริญญาเอก และสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาประกอบอาชีพในสาขาเทคโนโลยีเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายแสดงความสนใจร่วมกันในการทำงานร่วมกันในโครงการ R&D การสรรหาวิศวกร การฝึกอบรม และกิจกรรมพิเศษร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และการออกแบบชิป เป้าหมายคือเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์จริงในสาขานี้ และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประกอบอาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยี
