Yangon, Myanmar — April 4, 2026 – King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) proudly participated in the 11th Thailand Education Fair – Myanmar 2026, held at the Sedona Hotel, Yangon. The event brought together more than 28 leading Thai higher education institutions and attracted over 600 students, parents, and educators eager to explore study opportunities abroad.
Representatives from KMUTNB showcased the university’s internationally recognized engineering and technology programs, emphasizing both academic excellence and career readiness for the global workforce. The delegation included key faculty and administrative leaders from the Faculty of Engineering, The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering (TGGS), and the International College.
To support high-achieving international applicants, KMUTNB highlighted its full and half tuition-waived scholarships available for the Academic Year 2026, welcoming exceptional students to apply for programs taught in English or as part of international curricula.
At the fair, KMUTNB featured six in-demand engineering disciplines designed to prepare students for tomorrow’s challenges, including:

- Robotic Engineering and Automation Systems
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering for Design and Innovation
- Materials Engineering and Design

Organized by the Association of Myanmar Alumni from Universities in Thailand (AMAUT) with the support of the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon, the Thailand Education Fair served as a dynamic platform for cross-cultural academic engagement, helping Myanmar students connect with opportunities in fields such as engineering, technology, business, tourism, and more.
